(Business Certificate No.0001). The office handles conveyancing
transactions for non-PRC clients, including attestation and
notarial services, property registration and other procedures

properties. The office advises property developers on procedures
in offering property sales and banks on mortgages and financing.
Further, the office also assists on commercial and investment
matters.
Clients served by the Shanghai Office are corporations and
individuals from the Asian region, majority of which are from
Hong Kong and Macau.
In the past ten years the Office has worked closely with
Shanghaiese law firms, and this working relationship has been
beneficial in our business development.
China has entered the World Trade Organization in November
2001, and it is envisaged that the Shanghai office will play
an even more important role in connecting mainland China,
Hong Kong and the rest of the world.
